We hope you have been enjoying the action from the AON New Zealand Swimming Championships from Auckland as much as we have. The standard of swimming is certainly on the rise with some truly World Class performances from our home grown talent.
There are a number of Olympic Qualification spots still up for grabs and the last chance to gain these will be at the Hamilton Qualification Meet in Hamilton from the 29-30 of May.
This meet will be a fantastic opportunity for us all to get behind Team NZ and our very own Waikato swimmers as they target the Toyko Olympic Games. We are asking that as many clubs, swimmers and families attend as possible in order to back our team and give them a good old Waikato send off before they depart for Tokyo.
We will be sending out more information as we get close to the meet but we ask that you keep the dates free and to begin prepping your supporters banners and club chants.
We are delighted to be hosting two Race Skills Clinic, alongside Swimming New Zealand, these will be on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. These clinics will be held prior to the evening finals sessions and will be a fantastic opportunity to work with and learn from the National Development Athlete & Coach Manager from Swimming New Zealand.
We will be keeping everyone up to date with more information very soon.
Entries for this meet are open and all competition information can be found below
