Swim Waipa is in a significant growth phase and are requiring an Assistant Coach to join the team.

As our Assistant Coach, you will be part of a dynamic, service orientated team committed to encouraging participation in swimming and providing a quality experience for everyone.

You will work with the Swim Waipa Head Coach on the planning and delivery of squad swimming ensuring these sessions meet the Swim Waipa philosophy of an integrated swimming programme that ensures the transition from Learn to Swim to squad swimming is seamless.

The person we are looking for will have swim coaching experience and the ability to develop, manage and carry out structured training programmes
